Rucker

An associate in the Antitrust Department, Thomas Rucker counsels clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general and international enforcers. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, airlines, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and financial services.

In law school, Tommy was the antitrust symposium editor of The George Mason Law Review. Tommy received George Mason University’s Outstanding Academic Achievement in Antitrust Law award (2018) and the Global Antitrust Institute’s Outstanding Performance in Antitrust Law and Economics award (2018).
